Welcome to K-Lab Learning Solutions, founded by Lakia Baymon, an experienced educator and leader with over 20 years in teaching, school leadership, and program development.

K-Lab began as a vision to bridge gaps between theory and practice in education. Drawing from decades of experience as a teacher, principal, and educational program coordinator, Lakia built K-Lab to support schools, districts, colleges, community organizations, and state agencies in creating inclusive, effective, and sustainable systems for learning.
